We would like to thank everyone who participated in our Pre-Event COVID-19 Survey. Your feedback has helped us to better understand your comfort level regarding this policy and it has given us a new direction.
Please Note: The MLGG will be held rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, etc. that could endanger participants or volunteers, the event may be modified, shortened, postponed, or canceled. If for any reason the event is canceled, including but not limited to COVID-19, you will have a choice of the following options presented here. If for any reason, the MLGG is required to reduce the number of participants in order to proceed with the event, the field limit will be adjusted utilizing the registration date and time stamp, and priority given on a first-registered-first-served basis. The remaining participants will be waitlisted and further given the options presented here.
1 - FULL Deferment:
16+ Days out 100% Deferment before October 16th
15 Days or Less - No Deferment
2 - A Sliding Scale Refund:
60+ Days out 100% Refund before August 31st
45+ Days out 75% Refund before September 15th
30+ Days out 50% Refund before September 30th
16+ Days out 25% Refund before October 16th
15 Days or less - No Refund
3 - Transfer of Entry:
16+ Days out FREE Transfer of entry to another distance before October 16th
15 Days or less - a $20 transfer fee will be charged.
Transfer of entry to another participant is not available.
